Dear Santander México API Support Team,
I am building an Account Information Service (AIS) integration use case, focused on retrieving account data (list accounts, balances, and transactions). We understand that Santander México exposes this functionality via the "Accounts (read-only)" API, which aligns with Santander's global API Market specification, "Accounts 1.0.0".
We have created an account and a test application on the Santander México API Market. However, the requisite Account Information Service API plan is not visible or accessible to us in the developer portal, which typically occurs because account-level APIs are protected by partner access/plans. We understand that Mexico's Open Finance/Open Banking regulations (CNBV) mandate that consented data sharing happens through standardized APIs under a controlled registration and approval process, gating access to protected account/consent/token documentation.
Given our experience working with the Santander Group and our successful implementations integrating with institutions such as Santander UK and Santander Spain, we are ready to proceed with the formal onboarding process for Mexico.
Please provide clear and succinct guidance on the necessary procedures or requirements to request and obtain approval for the relevant plan/product subscription to access the protected account data documentation and endpoints (Accounts 1.0.0, Tokens, and Accounts & Funds).
Thank you for your prompt assistance.
Sincerely,
Lucian
